 Adopting an electronic records management system: Drivers and barriers to success 

 

Abstract: Electronic records management systems (ERMS) are being adopted by many enterprises as a way of streamlining their business practices as well as ensuring compliance with government authorities, laws and accepted best practice in record keeping. It's important for stakeholders to see the benefit of ERMS, if the adoption is to be successful and embraced as an enterprise-wide project.
